Radical Lives Don’t Matter!

I was going to form a new movement called RLDM standing for Radical Lives Don’t Matter, before it struck me. Radicals don’t really care what I think! Their message is one of hate for whatever group has their immediate focus. In the case of ISIS, it’s anyone who will not kowtow to their twisted religious belief system. White Power advocates dislike individuals based on their skin color, while the Nazi’s had a warped ideal of a superior German race. (How’d that work out Germany)? Then, there is the group in Nigeria known as Boko Haram. They’re a group of deranged black Islamic fundamentalists who hate educated Westerners… WTF?

My salient point is that you can take most any group of individuals that share some common trait, radicalize them and you will have problems in any society. My personal circle of friends include Asians, most blacks, Muslims, Christians with a smattering of Hindu. The people I do not associate with include; Islamic extremists, racial bigots, all criminals and most Democrats (ahem)! You could say that I basically try and steer clear of anyone who walks through life with their heads up their asses.

Finally, let me be very clear. I feel there is nothing wrong with spirited debate and peaceful protesting. It’s when the rocks begin to fly and people get hurt that I become concerned. It’s when I discover that Washington has been lying to the public for decades that I start to get mad. It’s when the police fall due to gunfire that I begin to get vicious.
