60 grams steak chunks
40 grams of chopped onion
40 grams of Bell pepper strips
6 cherry tomatoes, halved
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp mushroom pieces
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp dried oregano
dash of dried rosemary
Alright! I agree I may seem to just possibly have a tiny bit of a fixation going on here! But, I swear, this will be my last post ever on the subject of beef stir fry!

At any rate, heat the oil over medium high heat and then toss everything except the egg and bacon into the frying pan. Cook, stirring occasionally, on medium high for about four minutes and that meal deal is done.
I posted this great creation, because it represents a real dietary challenge to anyone who might be nutritionally conscious. After all, there’s loads of cholesterol and saturated fats in this setup, and if you’ve read the warnings that have been posted since like the 50’s, you’d know that this is mix is death personified. Only, it’s really not! (Yet another myth blown all to hell and gone by modern science)! Not that I’m encouraging people to eat this way every morning… no, all things in moderation as my hero Thoreau once suggested. But hey, once in a while – no biggie!
