Californians lead charge in the right to be ignorant!

This past Election Day, Californians struck down Proposition 37 which would have required labels to be californias-proposition-37_1.jpg.pagespeed.ce.AzyMqpWt49placed on food that had been genetically altered. One group, whose name is ‘We Love Ignorance’ or WLI, called this vote the start of a new direction for the entire Nation along with a renewed pledge to eliminate all labels from all foods. Their group leader, David Snodergrass (a spokesman for a highly paid government think tank), wants everyone to understand that ‘if the EPA likes a food then it’s OK to eat it’. And, that ‘there’s really no need today for labels of any kind’.

Snodergrass makes it clear to any who will listen that he worships the US government and wants to see it take more control of peoples lives in the future. “One day”, he was quoted as stating, “there will no longer be a need for the average person to have to have to worry about anything their government does! It’ll all be for the greater good!”

Who wants to know what they’re putting in their bodies? Meanwhile more laws are passed to monitor our every move on the internet and to make sure no one ever smokes marijuana.
