Social Security falsehoods and distortions via your email!

Earlier this morning, I opened one of those emails that purport to inform and disclose the ‘real truth’. I think most of us get these in one form or the other all the time. In short, this particular email focused on how the ‘Democratic Party Machine’ has lied to us ever since FDR and the 1935 passage of the Social Security Program. It read as a series of bullet points that purported to be fact, when they were actually distortions of the truth. A practice that is doing more to undermine our government and way of life than any OWS activity could ever hope to do.  Please read my post entitled ‘When the ‘truth’ is sometimes not very factual’!
