Mumbai India: Another Case for Concealed Carry?

terrorist1As the events unfolded in Mumbai, India over the Thanksgiving Holiday I was struck by the horror that those defenseless civilians must have gone through. They must have felt very much like sheep as professional militants went from place to place and room to room with impunity. What the hell. Were any of the guests armed? What would the attacks have been like if even half of the guests staying at the Raj Hotel were packing some heat. I’ll bet the scenario would have play out a little differently. Mabybe a few less dead. I’m not sure what the gun laws are in India. I remember watching was everyone fleeing from hotels on the TV. I heard about guests that barricaded themselves in their rooms with no food for days. Why were they so defenseless?  Could that happen here in the US? It truly must be hard world out there, with  people and governments that would like for you to do things their way.

While I do not advocate everyone go around armed to the teeth. I do promote the concept of the sheepdog. In a world that contains mostly sheep who are at the mercy of wolves. It may be a good idea  to have a few sheepdogs mixed into the herd to keep them safe. Nuf said.elwy_sheepdog_350x366
